Daniel Large

Daniel is a licensed building designer through the Queensland Building Construction Commission (QBCC) and a member of the Building Designers Association of Queensland (BDAQ). Commencing his career as a civil designer with local government before moving into the building design field, Daniel has used an array of design software including: AutoCAD, Keays, Cadsoft Build/AP Design, Revit & now ArchiCAD.

From 2005 to 2014 Daniel operated his own building design business predominately centred around residential design & documentation within regional QLD. Through operating his own business, he knows what it is like to be an administrator, BIM manager, designer & everything else that comes with running a small business while trying to make a software transition.
Commencing his new role with Image Building Group in September 2014, Daniel has taken on the task of creating a BIM system to meet the high demands of a volume builder while having no previous experience with ArchiCAD.
